A message from our CEO: Mental Health Awareness Month
At Kedren Health, every month is Mental Health Month—but in May, we take a moment to elevate the conversation.
Mental health is just as essential as physical health. It affects how we live, work, and connect with each other. This year’s Mental Health Awareness Month is a powerful reminder that no one should struggle in silence, and that healing is possible with the right support, access, and care.
Kedren was founded nearly 60 years ago with a commitment to compassionate, community-based mental health care—and that mission has never been more important. Whether it’s crisis stabilization, school-based services, or therapy for families and individuals, Kedren stands as a safe, supportive space for our community.
This month, I encourage each of you to take a moment for reflection, connection, and care. Whether through a listening ear, a moment of mindfulness, or simply checking in with a colleague or loved one, let this month inspire all of us in breaking down stigma and building a culture of understanding.
Together, let’s continue to lift up our community and one another—because when we support mental health, we create space and access for healing, growth, and hope.
Together, we continue the work.
